Depends on your power goal and whether that can be achieved within the turbo's efficiency range. If you have to go beyond the efficiency range, that's when you risk premature failure. This also of course depends on your engine setup and supporting mods. With that said, sport 530's would likely be fine if your goal is 550-600 rwhp on a high compression setup with full breather mods on e85, and they're a ball bearing turbo so I would highly recommend them over the sport 500's. Personally, I think the 550's are a better choice and the smallest turbos I would consider, especially on e85.
